PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner representation on 18.12.2023. The Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking direction against the second Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that similar cases had been filed before the Kudalputhur Police Station in C.No.997 of 2023. Since similar complaints have been received in various Police Stations, the Commissioner of Police, Madurai, has directed the Assistant Commissioner, Central Crime Branch to investigate the cases. Therefore, all the complaints are taken up by the Assistant Commissioner concerned.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Assistant Commissioner, Central Crime Branch.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
