ORDER

Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Though the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to issue patta, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.11.2017.

W.P.(MD).No.533 of 2020 3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits on the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction to the first respondent.

(i)The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, after getting a report from the concerned Tahsildar and as per revenue standing orders and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
