ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to adhere the order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District, in Crl.MP.No.892/2025 dated 31.07.2025 and consequently, register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated on 17.02.2025 within time frame as fixed by this Court. 2/5

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District, the respondent police had issued summon to either parties on 06.01.2026 for enquiry to be conducted on 12.01.2026.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondent police is directed to conclude the investigation and file a report within two weeks.
