DECREE:- This Civil Revision Petition coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Court and and the material papers and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AL.Kannan, Advocate for Petitioner and Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan, Advocate for respondent, doth the order and decree as follows ;

1) That the Order dated 13.07.2012 passed in R.C.A. No.8 of 2012, on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Subordinate Court, Devakottai confirming the order dated 31.03.2011 passed in R.C.O.P. No.4 of 2010, on the file of the Rent Controller/District Munsif, Devakottai is confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, and it is open to the Landlord to take possession of the premises in Question with the assistance of the police.
