O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw the investigation in crime No.301 of 2014 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police and entrust the same to any other officer with a direction to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in crime No.301 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 29.04.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS No.10/2015 has also been filed before the Concerned Court.
