This Criminal Appeal has been preferred against the judgment of acquittal passed in C.C.No.146 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.
2. Inspite of repeated adjournments, learned counsel on record for the appellant is not ready to argue the matter. When the matter was called finally on 12.09.2024, there was no representation. Therefore, it was adjourned to 14.10.2024(today) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, no purpose is going to serve in keeping the matter pending.
