ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli/1st Respondent to implement the warrant issued by District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam dated 28.02.2025. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, had already passed an order dated 23.11.2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 3363 of 2021. The petitioner is now seeking a direction to implement the said order.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to implement and act upon the order dated 23.11.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, in Crl.M.P. No. 3363 of 2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
