This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree made in I.A.No.568 of 2012 in O.S.No.657 of 2007, dated 28.08.2012, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of on 05.06.2017.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
