ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dismissing the petition filed by the defendants in the suit to stay the proceeding under Section 10 of CPC. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the suit itself was disposed of, after the dismissal of the aforesaid Interlocutory Application. It is, therefore, represented that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
