This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 17.10.2012 made in I.A.No.454 of 2012 in O.S.No.4 of 2000, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of on 13.10.2014.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
