to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.08.2016 in I.A.No.828 of 2015 in O.S.No.51 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.N.GOVARDHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

There is an inordinate delay of 402 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on
condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
