The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 02.12.2025 for issuance of separate Military Canteen Card as the petitioner is living separately along with her two children and the petitioner has also filed a domestic violence case against her husband and has also sought for maintenance and those cases are pending adjudication.
