2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
3. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Medical Wing, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
4. On payment of cost, if the papers are otherwise in order, the Registry is directed to number and list the matter for admission.
