Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was also referred to the Mediation Centre and the interim protection was also granted.

2. After getting interim order from this Court, the petitioners have not taken any steps to resolve the issues. The matter is kept https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.264 of 2021 pending for the past about six months and it has not been listed for about two months.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner in obtaining an interim order of protection by submitting that there is a possibility of settlement and thereafter not taking any steps to resolve the issue, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application, if so advised.
