ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 16.05.2024 passed by the second respondent. 2.The petitioner, who is working as Accountant in the third respondent/temple has been placed under suspension on 31.12.2024. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Grievance Cell that his order of suspension has to be revoked and the same was forwarded to the District Collector, Tirunelveli. The District Collector, Tirunelveli, 2/6

in turn, forwarded the same to the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District. The Joint Commissioner, by the impugned communication has informed the District Collector that the petitioner has been placed under suspension pending disciplinary proceedings. It is also informed that the request for reinstatement is not feasible. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order impugned in this writ petition is only a inter-departmental communication and the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner is almost completed and they would pass the final order within a period of eight weeks. 4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the available records.

5.The order impugned in this writ petition is only a communication, pursuant to the query raised by the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Grievance Cell on the representation of the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner is facing the disciplinary proceedings. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
