This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in crime No 7 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent registered against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.7 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet on 08.05.2015 before the Special Court, Anti Land Grabbing Cases, Trichy and the same was not taken on file. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
