ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that 1/4
based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that with an intention to harass the opposite parties, the present complaint has been given in a exaggerated manner and on that basis, the complaint itself was closed on 07.11.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far, the petitioner has not received any closure report from the respondent police.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that due to change of address, the closure report was not circulated to the petitioner.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
