Prayer in TR CMP(MD). 399/ 2016 :

To withdraw the case on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District in HMOP No.54 of 2016 and transfer the same to the Dindigul Sub Court, Dindigul ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to restore Tr.CMP(MD)No.399 of 2016, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.10.2016.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and restore to file on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench, on or before 28.11.2016, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. sd/- 21/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
