ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order, dated 25.03.2011 passed against the petitioners Nos.2 to 4 in E.P.No.164 of 2010 in A.C.P.No.370 of 2009 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.164 of 2010 on 10.10.2012 itself.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
