ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.VS.KISHOREKUMAR, Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 23.10.2018 in Writ Appeal (MD)No.498 of 2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that due to certain administrative reasons, the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court could not be complied with in time and however, within two weeks from today, the order will be complied with and the same will be reported before this Court. 3.Accordingly, further two weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner/appellant to comply with the order, dated 23.10.2018. Post the matter 'for reporting compliance' on 26.06.2019.
