For Petitioners in all C.R.Ps : Mr.D.Nallathambi For Respondent in all C.R.Ps : Mr.K.N.Thampi COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has filed a memo dated 19.01.2022 stating that the respondents 1 and 2 died. He has not even mentioned the date of death of the respondents 1 and 2 in the said memo. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also not shown any interest to find out whether the respondents 1 and 2 alive or not.
2.Since the revision petitions are pending from 2011, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1 and 2 in the execution application.

3.With the above liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
