This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam dated 27.08.2012 made in C.M.A.No.4 of 2012, confirming the decreetal and fair order passed by the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam, dated 20.02.2012 made in I.A.No.23 of 2012 of dismissing the interlocutory application having been filed for setting aside ex parte order dated 05.01.2012 in O.S.No.197 of 2011.
