The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 04.01.2012 passed in E.A.No.162 of 2009 in E.P.No.61 of 2006 in O.S.No.176 of 1987 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Kovilpatti.

2. The order under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition has been passed on 04.01.2012 and it is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the execution petition was dismissed on 13.04.2015 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(NPD)(MD)No.2528 of 2012 3.In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
