C.R.P(MD)Nos.2533 & 2534 of 2012 (NPD) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the orders, dated 03.10.2012 made in I.A.Nos.236 & 237 of 2012 in O.S.No.293 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of these Civil Revision Petitions, the trial Court has dismissed the Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos.236 and 237 of 2012 on 15.11.2012 and the same have not been challenged till date and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
