No.906 of 2011 This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the application in I.A.No.311 of 2008. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 24.01.2020, by directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.311 of 2008 within a period of three months. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further one month time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of I.A.No.311 of 2008. The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
