Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOTHI BASU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. CRL MP(MD) No.349 of 2023 This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18332 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18332 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1, 4, 8 and 10 shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders and other petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, as and when required.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
