ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The issue between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other is presently pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court had also granted an interim order of status quo on 26.08.2019. The contention of the petitioner's counsel is that this order is sought to be violated by the private respondents herein. If that be so, the remedy open to the petitioner is before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It may not be proper for this Court to intervene. 3.Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
