No.335/2016 and restore the above Tr.C.M.P. along with stay granted in C.M.P.(MD).No.6381/2016, dated 01.07.2016 on file and decide the same on merits.

Prayer in TR CMP(MD). 335/ 2016 :

To withdraw the pending HMOP.No.24/2016 from the file of Sub Court, Pattukkottai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Madurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.V.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and the Court made the following order:- This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 28.11.2016, failing which the petition stands automatically dismissed.
