PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR25053 of 2017:- To set aside the fair and decretal order dated 19.01.2017 made in IA 288 of 2016 in OS 68 of 2010 on the file of Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 137 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 30/11/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
