This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.103 of 2008 in O.S.No.1027 of 2004. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the execution petition was ordered and delivery was taken from the respondent. In the said circumstances, the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
