ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed by the plaintiff in the suit as against the order in I.A.No.899 of 2010 in O.S.No.269 of 2010.

2.The I.A was to restrain the defendant from putting up any construction in the suit property during the pendency of the suit. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the suit itself was disposed of as settled out of Court and therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

4.Recording the said statement, this Civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
