Prayer: This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify the name of the satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli in C.M.P.No.723 of 2013, dated 19.02.2013.

ORDER

This petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to modify the name of the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli in C.M.P.No.723 of 2013, dated 19.02.2013.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.14 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli and that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner/accused.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
