ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2020 and pass necessary orders to remove the ex-communication against the petitioner, his brothers and respective families and ensuring their participation in festivals and Kumbabishegam of 3 temples namely, (1) Kadapillai Ayyanar, (2) Karpaga Vinayagar and (3) Vellalachi Amman in Kaavanur Village, Kandavarayapatti Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District like any other villagers.

W.P.(MD)No.287 of 2021 2.It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, on instructions, that his clients are fully satisfied with the outcome of the Peace Committee proceedings of the Tahsildar concerned, dated 13.01.2021. This is with regard to allowing the petitioner to worship and participate in the temple festival which is the subject matter of this Writ Petition. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would request that the authorities may comply with the proceedings without any deviation from the decision taken in the proceedings. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the private respondents Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy would submit that the parties would abide by the decision taken in the Peace Committee meeting and there will not be any deviation.
4.In view of the undertaking and the submission made by the parties before this Court, the authorities shall ensure that the outcome of the resolution dated 13.01.2021 should be scrupulously followed and implemented.
5.In view of the Peace Committee proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
