************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take departmental action against the respondents 4 to 6 for their illegal acts of malpractice, misappropriation in continuation of the 1st respondent's order in Chae.Mu.A4/1730/2023/Vu.E(Vo) dated 28.06.2023 and to recover the misappropriation funds by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023. 2.Heard Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Government Pleader for the official respondents submitted that action has been initiated for the recovery proceedings as well as necessary departmental action has been taken by the authorities as against the respondents 4, 5 and 6 by following the procedures contemplated under the Act. He also placed the proceedings of the Assistant Director [Audit] dated 05.02.2024, before this Court.

4.Recording the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
