This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.10.2012 made in I.A.No.68 of 2012 in R.C.O.P.No.02 of 2012, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of on 16.02.2015. A memo was also filed before this Court to that effect.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
