2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the amount as has been directed by the learned Single Judge and as confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court has already been paid. Hence, it is for the appellant/petitioner to go before the authorities as the learned Single Judge has remanded the matter to the respondent authority and the order of the learned Single Judge has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court. 3.These Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed with the above observation.
