2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties. Now they have agreed to separate from each other by filing petition seeking mutual divorce before the trial Court. In view of the above, the matter has become infructuous.
3.Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
