The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the against the order and decretal order dated 23.11.2012 passed by the Principal District Munsif, Padmanapuram, Kanyakumari District in E.A.No.161 of 2012 in E.P.No.38 of 2012 in O.S.No.379 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal District Munsiff, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, E.P. was terminated on 05.12.2012.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
