This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 21.08.2012 in I.A.No.572 of 2011 in O.S.No.32 of 2009, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai and set aside the same.
