ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner for the documents mentioned in the online complaint dated 09.12.2022 in Ref.No.CLT22218958.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 07.11.2022 before the second respondent for missing of his original sale deed document bearing No.1249/1987 dated 28.10.1987 which was situated at Mannarkoil Village, Ambasamudram Sub Registration circle, Cheranmahadevi Registration District circle, Tirunelveli District in Survey No.583/8, but no action was taken and hence, he has lodged an online complaint dated 09.12.2022.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2022 is pending.

5. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non-traceable Certificate to the petitioner, after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose following the circular issued by the Director General of Police.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
