This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.408 of 2011 in O.S.No.28 of 2011 dated 06.06.2012 on the file of the Ist Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit itself has been dismissed as withdrawn on 13.04.2016. They have also furnished a copy of the judgment.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
