The petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of patta and has filed this writ petition. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's application has been considered and orders have been passed and a copy of the order has also been sent to the petitioner.

3.Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law. No costs.
