The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the father of the student studying in 10th std., at Samaria St.Yovan Higher Secondary School at Tisayanvilai. It is his further submission that the Teacher, Asha, had beaten and harassed him daily. He suffered depression. Therefore, the Petitioner had given a complaint against the Teacher, Asha. Based on the complaint of the Petitioner, the second Respondent had registered a case in Crime No.576 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 294(b), and 352 IPC and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. The Petitioner seeks for early completion of the investigation.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions of the second Respondent would submit that the Police will complete the investigation within the reasonable time of 3 months. 2/4
