ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.06.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 341, 427, 506(ii), 302 @ 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 427, 506(ii), 120(b), 307, 302 of IPC in Crime No.20 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that A3 is still absconding and a special team has been formed to nab A3, who is said to be staying at Andhra Pradesh.

4. This Court takes into consideration the earlier orders passed and there is no change in circumstances and also taking note of the previous conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. The petitioner can revive his claim after the charges are framed in this case. 2/3
