This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District to complete the trial in C.C.No.450 of 2020 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.450 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
