ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2025 under the criminal law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & others reported in (2014) 2CC 1.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2025 is pending before the second respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
