ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to rectify the guideline value for the property described in the schedule to its correct value of Rs.4,00,000/- per acre as of 30.12.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to immediately release the document registered under Pending Document No. 31/2024 by the third respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dated on 11.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation 2/4

submitted by the petitioner seeking to rectify the guideline value, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
