This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned affidavit, petition and B Diary extract in IA.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.777 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Karur.

2.Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for interim order, as eviction proceeding is going on and also seeks time to implead the authorities of the temple as necessary parties in the above Civil Revision Petition.

3.Mr.P.Aathimoola Pandian, learned counsel for the temple informed this Court that eviction proceeding is going on and several premises are being sealed. He seeks time to get instructions with regard to the properties, which are being sealed. He would further submit that at this juncture, if any interim order is granted by this Court, it will affect the ongoing steps taken by the temple authorities.
