Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13343 of 2021 on 16.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13343 of 2021 on 16.11.2021 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.359 of 2022 and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
