ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.218 of 2020 of Chinthamanipatty Police Station, Karur District, for the offence punishable under Sections 436 IPC. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and would submit that investigation in Crime No.218 of 2020 is almost completed. However, he seeks two weeks time to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), two weeks time is granted. The respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.218 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
